Long-Term Disability Insurance
Help preserve your lifestyle if you incur a covered disability
ASA Insurance offers group disability income plans that can help protect your most valuable asset – your ability to earn an income.
An accident or unexpected illness could cause you to be absent from work for months. How would an extended lapse in income affect your standard of living?
Long-Term Disability Insurance can help you meet your financial obligations like mortgage payments, student loan debt, retirement savings, college education funds, and general monthly living expenses. And your benefits are always paid regardless of other coverage you may have.
Coverage Overview
- ASA members under the age of 65 may apply for up to $12,000 per month in increments of $100.
- Choose from a 60-day, 90-day, 180-day or 365-day elimination period before benefits begin.
- Unlimited own occupation to age 65. Own occupation means the occupation in which you are regularly engaged in at the time you become disabled.
