Face Amount: Minimum $10,000 in increments of $5,000 up to Maximum $250,000 per enrollment. (Coverage is limited to a Lifetime Maximum of $1,000,000 and contains amounts from all certificates.)

- Accelerated Death Benefit Provision for Terminal Illness or Chronic Illness (75% accelerated of benefit)
